Jeremy Ng

Jeremy Ng is the Chief Education Officer for PFC Academy, a NASM Master Trainer, fitness educator, public speaker, and personal trainer with over two decades of experience. He founded PFC, offering fitness education, personal training, and sports performance training. Jeremy is passionate about developing successful fitness professionals and advocates for ongoing education. 

PJ Lee

PJ Lee is a certified Stick Mobility Instructor based in Hong Kong, specialising in enhancing mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall physical performance. Her journey with Stick Mobility began in 2020, following years of teaching group fitness and experiencing overuse injuries. Through Stick Mobility training, PJ regained her ability to participate in sports and discovered its profound impact on joint health and overall well-being.

Motivated by her own transformation, PJ actively contributes to Stick Mobility trainings in Hong Kong and other locations, including Thailand and Korea. Committed to empowering others, she shares her expertise to help individuals overcome physical limitations and unlock their full potential in achieving a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Aileen Wong

Aileen is from Panama, a certified NASM Personal Trainer and Group Class Instructor, with more than 10 years of experience in the field. She started competing in triathlons when she was 9 years old, then moved on to semi professional football traveling around the world. Eventually, started her fitness career as a spinning instructor in Panama.

Every class she taught, every personal training client she coached, and every smile she got sparked her fire to keep getting better. Her burning passion and electric energy shines in every single class, whether it's for 10 or 100 people. You can’t help but smile when you see her put everything out there.

In the fitness industry, Aileen gets to fulfill her passion and dream of inspiring and helping people to learn to love working out.

Currently Aileen lives in Hong Kong. She is a lululemon Ambassador, Fitness Director and Master Trainer of Fluid X, Founder of IncluFit, where she teaches kids and adults with special needs. She is also Co-founder of MINDFIT, which focuses on helping others to inspire them to live a healthy lifestyle and lead a kind and loving relationship with their body.

Aileen has taught FX Workshop and Classes in Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai.

Benny Price

Benny is the COO of RTS Global, the international arm of Resistance Training Specialist®️ — the world’s leading exercise mechanics course. As the region’s only qualified RTS Mastery graduate and Level 2 Instructor, Benny travels APAC and EMEA teaching the world’s top trainers how to deliver exceptional exercise experiences for their clients. Exercise mechanics—the science of exercise and the art of personalising it—is at the core of this education. Benny has also been the lead fitness columnist for a national newspaper and featured in several publications himself. As an instructor, his work is dedicated to helping fitness professionals transform their value and give themselves an edge in a competitive environment.

James Yeo

With over a decade of industry experience and a comprehensive background in sports science and nutrition, James offers a unique approach to optimising his client’s fitness journey. James has a post-graduate diploma in sports nutrition with distinction, combined with nine credentials in sports and exercise, including a degree in sports and exercise science with distinction. James is one of the only few sports science-trained nutritionists in Singapore, and has worked closely with numerous athletes from various sports, including national record holders. James is currently an associate lecturer at the PSB Academy.

Au Kenn

Au Kenn is the founder of Woodbox Fitness in Melaka. Renowned for his charismatic leadership and talent for uniting individuals, Au Kenn is a certified personal trainer with a specialisation in weightlifting. His passion for weightlifting is not only evident in his own achievements, including completing the Shenzhen Weightlifting Foundation in 2018, but also in his dedication to coaching and sharing his knowledge with others. Au Kenn's presence in the fitness community is marked by his ability to inspire and empower individuals to reach their full potential.

Jayna Kok

Jayna Kok embarked on her fitness journey at PFC in 2016 and currently oversees studio operations. A dynamic communicator, she engages with diverse clients through personal training, group sessions, and virtual classes.

Jayna embodies PFC's ethos of Empowerment through Education, having honed her skills and expertise as a trainer within the PFC community. She is dedicated to imparting her wealth of experience, spanning program design, exercise optimisation, and fostering the success of aspiring trainers. Passionate about empowering others, Jayna is committed to supporting the growth and development of new trainers. 

Alex Wong

Alex has been a personal trainer at PFC since 2019, where he thrives on working with clients across all ages and abilities, including athletes. His expertise extends to post-injury rehabilitation and assisting clients in reaching their daily fitness objectives.


Well-versed in PFC's innovative product line, including Hyperice, Hypervolt, and more, Alex integrates these tools seamlessly into wellness routines and rehabilitation programs, enhancing the overall fitness experience for his clients.
